What People Are Saying
-
“I knew it was a high-level event going into it. I didn’t know it was to this degree. It was eye-opening to see the knowledge base and the types of deals people were doing. Some very high-level people doing tens of millions of dollars were there. It was really, really cool.”
— Ron Apke (November 2025 Attendee)
-
"There were high-level land investors, developers, and professionals working on a wide range of projects. One of the largest regional homebuilders in the southeast attended, along with wetland mitigation banking experts who are putting together multi-million dollar deals. They offered practical advice on identifying potential credits within our own development sites and projects. The opportunity to connect with everyone and learn about what they were working on was incredibly valuable."
— Justin Piche (November 2025 Attendee)
-
"This was the highest-level land event I've ever attended. The caliber of people in the room is what made it so awesome. And everyone was engaged, open, and willing to share their strategies and what they had going on, including their struggles and what wasn't working. I left with ideas and relationships that helped my business. If you're serious about land and development, this is a room worth being in. I'm coming again this year!"
— Michael DeFrancis (November 2025 Attendee)
-
"It was an incredible experience. The venues were top-notch, the speakers were phenomenal, and most importantly, the relationships I made there helped me make an additional $200k over the last year. I'll be back in 2026, and I'm brining my partners."
— Adam Karami (November 2025 Attendee)
